Caleb Kapisha started out as a trainee at bluelight risk services. Whilst there, he gained vast experience in claims handing, loss assessments and risk management and exceled to assistant manager. He handled several risk surveys for various processing plants and clients.He later processed to MIRCS insurance brokers as and operations executive.He has a background in agriculture and insurance and is currently pursing studies in Risk management.
